The June addition of the Cougar Tales will have a special place for 5th grade memories and dedications.

At our last PTA meeting of the year, we will be revealing and celebrating our Golden Acorn Award winner/s. I know you will not want to miss this evening! Please come to support our PTA members/teachers who will be receiving this award. This person/s has touched all over our lives!

We have a sudden change in our committe line up and there are a few spots.
We have a vote for the position of secretary available, Cougars Tales chair, and the website chair!
 
Also, a little clarification. The Entertainment Book Sale brings in about 2000-2500 dollars for the PTA. At this point we do not have anyone willing to chair this committee. We will have to alter our budget to relflect this substantial decrease in revenue! So, if anyone was getting interested in doing this one, now would be a great  time to volunteer!

In conjunction with our Family Night at the Ballpark on Saturday June 7th, Rhubarb, the Tacoma Rainier’s mascot, will be visiting Washington-Hoyt on Friday, June 6
th from 11 am-12pm. Be on the lookout f or a very tall reindeer in a baseball uniform during your lunch or during Field day!
